NightHawkers™ Privacy Statement

The NightHawkers™ does not use cookies to access any information that is not physically entered by our customers.

The NightHawkers™ site uses a feedback form to collect information from customers that will be used by us to improve our store. User information will never be used for any other purpose, and will never be sold or given away. If you choose to be removed from our mailing list, we will do so promptly. (We've distributed only one mailing in 2000.)

The NightHawkers™ site uses an order form for customers to order products. We collect contact information (email address, shipping address), and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information is used to get in touch with you only if necessary when there are questions that need to be clarified about an order in progress. Financial information is used to only to bill you for products ordered.

The NightHawkers™ site uses certain security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

If you would like to modify previously entered information, please use our online Feedback Form. In the "Comments" section, state that you wish to modify previously recorded data.
